Convenient Appointments for Your Sick Child

• Eastman Pediatric Clinic offers same-day appointment slots in the morning and afternoon for each clinician on-site to meet your child’s primary care needs care so don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment.

• Please prepare ahead to be one time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may lose your appointment slot or be asked to wait while on-time patients are seen.

• Walk-in appointments: Most of the time our clinic can accommodate walk-in patients. Just be patient with us and we will give your child personalized care when it's their turn. If we cannot accommodate you due to extenuating circumstances we will schedule you an appointment within 24 hours.

Around-The-Clock Phone Call Available

What happens if your child is sick in the middle of the night? One of our on-call clinicians will be able to provide medical advice.

Extended Office Hours Available

To better serve you, we offer extended hours on Monday evening until 7:00 PM, and we're open on Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.

We Will File Your Claims for You

Prior to each visit, our staff will strive to verify your coverage and benefits. When there has been a lapse or gap in coverage, we will try to notify you before the appointment whenever possible.

The eligibility determination we received from your insurance company is not a guarantee of payment from them, so you as a consumer need to be up to date on your plan's coverage and benefits. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
